The latest upcoming K-Drama to release its official poster is “The Queen’s Umbrella”, slated for release in October of 2022. Helmed by famed director Kim HyeongSik (“About Time”, “The Suspicious Housekeeper”, “I Am Legend”) and written by Park BaRa, “The Queen’s Umbrella” tells the story of the dignified and graceful Queen HwaRyeong, who dismisses the royal protocol of education to raise her troublesome sons into proper princes. Veteran actress Kim HyeSoo will be playing the titular Queen HwaRyeong, and she appears with a magnanimous presence on the poster. The beloved Kim HaeSook will play Queen HwaRyeong’s mother-in-law, and Choi WonYoung will play King LeeHo. The talented rookie actor Moon SangMin will play Prince SungNam, and lauded idol actor SF9’s Chani will play Prince UiSung.
