1. When Woo YoungWoo Talks About Whales
In the initial scenes of the drama, we are told about Woo YoungWoo’s love for whales. She knows literally everything about them and loves to talk about them- well, mostly her speaking. Her father warns her to not talk about whales at work and to contain herself. Whenever she talks about them, her eyes widen and glimmer with excitement. In episode 1, she is given her first case where the wife, Choi Yeong (Kang AeShim), is sued for the attempted murder of her husband, Park GyuShik (Lee DoKyung). The weapon used was an iron. She finds the iron similar to a sperm whale and excitedly proceeds to spill facts about it. Further into the drama, when JunHo (Kang TaeOh) willingly offers to listen to her, saying it is okay to talk about it if they are alone. She was fully satisfied, she would call him and approach him whenever she wanted to talk about whales. She even followed him to the exit whilst talking about it, even though she herself wasn’t leaving. Even JunHo soon finds her absolutely adorable and wouldn’t mind listening to her talk about whales. But he is not the only one. In episode 4, JunHo took. YoungWoo to the conference room, where a large portrait of a whale is hung on the wall. YoungWoo’s eyes widened when she sees it. She was in absolute awe, to the point she began to tear up.
2. When YoungWoo Tried Passing Through The Revolving Door
In episode 1, when she reached the building, she stopped before the revolving door. She struggled to get across it, not knowing when to exactly get off, she ended up outside the building no matter what. It is till JunHo entered the scene and helped her. Even though she gets through it once, she hesitates the other time. JunHo then teaches her a rhythm that can help her get across. The scene fills our hearts with her pure expressions as she focuses on the rhythm and takes the courage to step in.
3. Whenever Attorney Woo Fights Through The Prejudices And Proves Herself A Capable Lawyer
Attorney Woo may have been introduced as a genius, but she also struggles with autism. Yet the disorder was not the major hindrance, she had to face people’s prejudices against her. In episode 1, he argues about having her as an intern under him but soon is convinced that YoungWoo is a very capable and deserving attorney. In episode 4, it was also revealed how she was bullied in school. In episode 3, WooYoung’s defendant, Lee JeongHun (Moon SangHoon), was also autistic. He was accused of inflicting bodily harm which resulted in the death of his older brother. WooYoung’s team appealed for insanity to reduce his sentence but the prosecutor attacked her for being autistic too. Later, she was even requested to be removed from the case by JeongHun’s father (played by Sung KiYoon). Despite all that, YoungWoo fights through the prejudices and gives her all the cases given to her. She has a unique aspect to everything which allows her to look into things others have neglected. Like in episode 3, when everyone thought about JeongHun’s words, “Die! Stop!” meant that he attacked his brother with the intention of him dying. It was YoungWoo who recognized that he could have been trying to save him. And even when the victim’s family denied the possibility of the older brother’s, Lee BongJoon (Kim SangHun), suicide must be hidden, she still tried to discover how his back was damaged.
4. The Time She Appeared In The Wedding Dress Looking Absolutely Gorgeous
In episode 2, Woo YoungWoo was given her second case to solve. In this case, a bride’s wedding dress slipped off during the ceremony. The incident brought a clash between the groom and the bride’s family. The bride’s father, Kim JeongGu (Yun JuSang), wished to sue the hotel that organized the wedding (as well as the dress) and was determined to be compensated with a billion won. In order to receive more information about the incident, the team decides to disguise themselves as a couple who wanted to get a wedding dress. Initially, it was JunHo and SuYeon (Ha YoonKyung) who were to act as a couple, but SuYeon ended up with an upset stomach. Hence, he had to go with YoungWoo. They picked the same dress as the bride Kim HwaYoung (HaYoung) wore. When YoungWoo comes out wearing the dress, JunHo was not the only one star-struck. Not only did Park EunBin’s beautiful figure compliment the dress.
