“Tomorrow” tells the story of jobseeker, Choi JunWoong, who fell into a coma and ended up as a member of the Special Crisis Management Team of the underworld.
1. Star-studded and talented cast
The drama cast is also filled with familiar faces that are incredibly talented. It stars Kim HeeSeon who acts as the Grim Reaper, GuRyun, who has a hidden past. Kim HeeSeon is an expert at these kinds of dramas and has been in “Alice”, “Room No. 9”, and more, showing that she has the fantasy genre on lock. Many fans have been loving the styling of her character as it is so opposite to how she looked in her other roles. Lee SooHyuk plays Choi JoonGil, the head of the Humanitarian Management Team at the spirit management headquarters. Many are excited to see Lee SooHyuk show his mysterious and intimidating side again, which we’ve seen in his dramas such as “The Scholar Who Walks the Night”. This concept suits him well as he has a wide range of acting skills and it matches well with his sleek visuals. SF9’s RoWoon is also a hot addition to the cast as he acts as Choi JunWoong, the jobseeker in question. Fans are excited to see RoWoon in a different role and explore his duality on screen. He had a busy year In 2021 acting in two popular K-Dramas “The King’s Affection” and “She Would Never Know”. Both of these roles were romantically inclined so many fans are anticipating how he will wow them with this action-packed role dealing with darker subject matter. It is sure to widen his already-broad acting spectrum and show off his awe-inspiring acting and visuals. Fans are also looking forward to seeing Yoon JiOn who plays Lim RyungKyu, another member of the Crisis Management Team. He has been in many fan-favorite K-Dramas including “Jirisan”, “Memorist”, and more. With his prolific acting skills, he is also expected to give an incredible performance. His character also gives off a cool aura.
2. Fusion of riveting genres
This drama combines action with fantasy, appealing to fans of both. These two riveting genres come together to play in the drama’s realm, the underworld. The plot already promises a lot of dramatic elements as it deals with dark and raw subject matter, which means that it is likely to be an emotional watch and have viewers holding their breath to see what happens next.
3. Guaranteed chemistry between characters
In an interview about the upcoming drama, SF9’s RoWoon commented that the atmosphere on set was fun and allowed the actors to take creative license in making their characters witty through ad-libs. He added that he would rate the Crisis Management Team’s chemistry 95% and that the 5% is only missing because he is leaving it up to the viewers to decide.
4. Based on a webtoon
One of the best parts about this drama is that your enjoyment of it doesn’t have to be limited to just the viewing experience.
